Our approach

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our design and development target. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and this statement is not a certification of full conformance.

Using this website

• Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between links and controls. Press Enter to follow links or activate buttons; Space also activates buttons.
• A “Skip to content” link appears when focused at the start of each page.
• Dialogs support keyboard navigation and Escape to close. The mobile navigation can also be closed with Escape.
• Use your browser’s zoom and text-size settings. Layouts adapt to smaller screens.
• Enable Reduce Motion in your device settings to remove decorative animations. Homepage images change only when you use the image controls.
• Forms have visible labels, and submission updates are announced to assistive technology.

Request assistance or report a barrier

If you have trouble accessing content or completing a task, tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you use, if you wish. Please avoid including passwords or sensitive personal information. You can request help accessing property information or using our services through the same form.

Requests are received in our owner-managed inbox for review.

Continued improvements

We review keyboard interaction, contrast, navigation, forms, and reduced-motion behavior during development. New listings and journal content also need accessible descriptions and meaningful image alternatives. A comprehensive independent assistive-technology review has not yet been completed.
